Five Reasons To Order through UNSW Bookshop

3. Fast turnaround. We use courier delivery for speedier, safe deliveries.
4. We only charge you when we ship the book, not when you place your order.
5. Where possible we stock all texts for UNSW courses except medicine, not just a small selection.

Finding Books & Software

1. Use the search to locate the title(s) you are interested in. In stock titles will have a yes against them. Click a title to see full details and if it is currently on order.
2. Click the tick box to add items to the shopping basket or select "add this item to your list"
3. Click the flashing box marked "click here to order..." to add the items to your basket.
4. To find your textbooks use the textlist search

Pricing Policy

We show only the price you pay, on items in stock.

For out-of-stock items, the last known price (less discount) is shown, which is not necessarily current, and is subject to change.

Our website shows prices including a discount off RRP. Some titles, including handbooks and import titles have no discount. Software is priced at competitive prices on a title by title basis.

Postage & Handling

All orders except large shipments are fulfilled by Courier,
for safety, and speed.

Returns

Faulty/misbound products will be replaced free of charge. 

Under special circumstances, other returns may be accepted on application. Please be aware that a $20 restocking fee applies in these cases.

- Items must be in perfect condition and must be in original shrinkwrapping with any enclosed CD software unopened.
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Software cannot be returned, unless faulty.
-  Returns will not be accepted after 2 weeks from transaction date
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable
 

Privacy

We respect your privacy. The bookshop will not pass your personal information to any other organisation without your permission. The information you give is only used to process your orders and deliver information to you, should you have requested it.
